I'm sort of paralyzed by trying to prioritize what groups/funds need help right now and I hate that I can't help everyone and also that I have to, because we shouldn't need to provide for funds to make sure our neighbors' rights are respected and that we are free to live as we want in our own skin.

Got this great foam soap dispenser for the bathroom that dispenses with a wave of your hand! The only problem is that I have trained my brain to believe that hand-wave soap = hand-wave sink and I continue to flail at my home sink and just feel more stupid each time I do it.

Having a hard time with Catherine O'Hara today. I basically grew up with her "presence" and she really always served as an example the kind of woman I really wanted to be. Smart, funny, kind, confident, and just comfortable being weird and true to herself.

I think this is an aloe plant, with stalks topped with bright orange flowers. Little birds are perched on the flowers, presumably eating either nectar or the bugs attracted to the nectar. There is a foggy haze throughout.

I think this is an aloe plant? Whatever it was, the birds were a big fan. Just spent a little time watching these buddies do their thing, they'd chirp and flit between the different stalks. The fog made everything feel more compartmentalized.

That 15 bean mix is a fabulous tool in the soup arsenal.
