After playing it for about 5 hours, I reached out to the creators and decided that it's better not to review Forgotlings now.

I still want to give it a try at a later date, in hope that some aspects will be adjusted and it might hit differently 🙏

For now, I'll let them cook a bit more.

Forgotton Anne — You’re not rotten. Just forgotten. Where do all our lost objects end up?

Forgotton Anne could've easily been a movie.
I would watch every second of it.

Unfortunately, gameplay gets in the way of the story more than I'd like to admit.
Otherwise, it's a lovely game 😌

When I'm asked to try Demos, I always end up disappointed.

But I have to hand it to the folks at @woodrunnergames.com.
This is how a Demo should feel.

Structured progression.
Well-paced tutorialization.
And a showcase of creative design.

I'm impressed 😌

And the thing I have to do is to check the demo for Croak 🐸

I might not be a huge fan of precision platformers.
