I've been through it, I know how much effort it takes to lose even 20lbs. And I've lost, as of today, 67lbs over a year and a half.

I had to end this early and go to work. I know this cannot be ED

My doctors said nothing besides my hiatal hernia is abnormal.

But that ended and I kept losing weight. Then ya know.... Cancer.

I've not been able up gain any ground on my weight. It's weird how people feel compelled to comment on your body if you are on far ends of the weight spectrum.

Today I hit a new low. It's frustrating, it's exhausting.

Pt ended and so did the student teaching that had me walking so much, but I kept losing weight.

I started student teaching at a new school and I figured it was the stress of having a worse than useless teacher mentor (she literally failed me two days after I had spent a week grading essays)

I started dating my current partner and 10 years later I was on the threshold of being too heavy. But I was happy and I looked healthy.

Then in the fall of 2024 I started noticing weightloss. I figure it was walking an hour every day and doing PT.

When we broke up in 2010 I had dropped from 140 to 117lbs. I was at the threshold of being underweight for my tall frame.

In 2009 I was dating a real piece of shit guy. His controlling behavior led me to anorexia, as what I ate was something I could control.

It took concerted effort. Tracking calories, exercising into a deficit, starving myself, etc.
