Love this film!

A person whose flesh has decided to depart to the night sky, via strands and bulbous humming string. Filled with teeth and resembling a human only in passing, the person's hands and forearms seem to be both an expression of horror as well as melding together into a pyramidal new face...before finally departing altogether.
