In Melania's defense, while her husband has been adjudicated by a unanimous jury to have raped a woman, he is, apparently, more likely to rape underage girls.
In reality there are hundreds dead and thousands seriously injured. The largest military hospital outside of the US (it's in Germany)has been closed to everyone and all the work they are currently doing, tp expect large numbers coming in.
