Awesome progress! I currently have lost about 20 lbs over a year, kind of stabilized, but still working on my exercise and diet to curtail high A1C (pre-diabetic), HBP and cholesterol. So far the results have been positive and trending in the right direction. You're story in very inspirational.
You pretty much nailed it. He gave them an opportunity to say and do stuff that was always in their nature, just not generally accepted. The facade is over, and they're exposed for who they are. Can't put that Genie back in the bottle now.
