One of my favorite examples of antagonistic coevolution between the sexes from Buss’s β€œWhen Men Behave Badly: The Hidden Roots of Sexual Deception, Harassment, and Assault”. For every tactic one sex evolves to exploit the other, there is a coevolved defense in the other.
