Thank you, Texas! I am honored to be your Democratic nominee for Governor of our beautiful state. Together, weโre going to take on corruption and itโs going to be a new day in TX.
You have put your faith in me, and I promise to put my all into fighting for you and your families. On to November!
We've come a long way since the House floor, @jamestalarico.
Congratulations on your victory! Can't wait to make history with you in November.
You ran an incredible race, @jasmineforus.bsky.social.
Texas is so lucky to have you in the fight, and I'm lucky to call you a friend.
I grew up in the Rio Grande Valley watching every day how hard Texans work to make lives better for their families. Itโs time we had a governor who works just as hard as you do for your family.
As a mom, the only special interest group I cater to is my kids. Every single fight to strengthen our Texas public schools has been fought w/ them in mind.
When I'm governor, I will fight for your kids' education just as hard as I have for my own.
We have all been paying the Greg Abbott Corruption Tax for 12 years too long.
It's simple: We pay more, and we get less, all so Abbott can do favors for his billionaire friends.
So long as we have a governor who can be bought, we won't have a Texas we deserve.
Iโm running for governor.
For over a decade, Greg Abbott has made it easier for billionaires to profit while hardworking Texans struggle to afford groceries, housing, and healthcare.
But together, we can make Texas work for Texans again.

Do not assume she wrote her remarks. She probably has four speech writers, typical for a Cabinet member.
We must commend Ms. Noem for her deep scholarship!
"And as Jesus said: 'Get rich or die trying'"
Noem must remain high on the list, and accountability should be enforce asap.
Arkansas LEARNS report: 95% of voucher students did not attend public school last year arktimes.com/arkansas-blo...
In rural Western Maryland, near Hagerstown, the Department of Homeland Security purchased a giant warehouse for over $100 million
and claims the retrofitted facility will hold upwards of 1,500 human beings.
Once again, Trump chose the Republican for a Cabinet position who has made the most appearances on Fox over the last month, which appears to be the primary qualification for a senior position in the administration.
The Constitution says:
"Under Article I, Section 8 of the US Constitution, Congress alone holds the authority to initiate a formal war and manage its resources, including all military spending, raising an army and providing a navy." (Bloomberg)
Under the War Powers Act of 1973, the president must gain approval from Congress to deploy armed forces abroad except in circumstances where the country has been attacked or faces an imminent threat of hostilities.(Bloomberg).
Shocking! The Senate just voted 53-47 in support of Trump's war in Iran. Rand Paul was the only Republican to oppose the war. John Fetterman was the only Democrat to support Trump. Senate just gave away another of its Constitutional powers. Trump need not get Congress' approval to start a major war.
Randall on Mississippi: "One of the perpetrators of that fraud? Former NFL quarterback Brett Favre, who received $1.1m from the govt for speeches he never made. Congressional Republicans' response was to invite Favre to testify about how we should strengthen oversight of federal welfare programs."
Jamie Raskin to Kristi Noem LOLLLL:
"Apparently when your special blanket -- your blankie -- was left one of the govt jets and not transported over to the new one, your special govt employee Corey Lewandowski chivalrously stepped forward to fire the pilot, mid-air."
