We are delighted to have received the first-ever licence for a wild beaver release in England.
We've introduced beavers at three places in our care through licensed, enclosed releases and have seen the amazing benefits these incredible animals provide.

On this day in 1988, 20,000 LGBTQ people and our allies marched through the streets of Manchester to protest Section 28, which tried to stifle all mention of our lives.

350 trans and gender diverse people were reported murdered in the last year.
Violent crimes against trans people are on the rise.
This is the brutal end point of the hatred and vilification.
