I think we've reduced risk, Trans women have increased risk of breast cancer vs cis men (as you say) but also less risk than cis women. Prostrate risk is reduced by hrt too.
I think trans guys are at reduced risk of breast & gyno cancers, and that's before we get to the bits we hope to remove!
