If I'm being completely honest I think the internet has a massive negativity problem nowadays in general. It's only amplified by Twitter's algorithm actively encouraging just being an asshole over good faith criticism.

Tbh I think it needs to be studied how people on other websites [Twitter, mostly] are all about supporting indie games until that indie game is actually successful.
