they have such a huge lack of media literacy and nuance when it comes to caine (or any of the characters really - jax gets mischaracterized a lot by them too) and it's so annoying to see bc they're sometimes so close to getting it but then just. don't

i mean i don't like reddit much to begin with but every time i've seen people mention caine on there it's always in a 'he's a pure evil manipulator!!' kinda way. holy mischaracterization

the way people talk about caine on the tadc subreddit really irritates me lol so i avoid it at all costs

I finally watched the Truman show. After seen the ending and the thumbnail for the next TADC episode just made me think about the concept of how Caine and Kinger share the prison and can't have the freedom they want. Caine can't escape the Pc and Kinger his pillow fortress. I like that

also i saw a mutual point this out and i can't stop thinking about it now

'the lover without a heart' refers to caine, but the 'little a//i who ruined everything'... probably actually refers to bubble. i mean he is a literal 'little a//i' lol

idk maybe when this episode comes out it'll prove me heavily wrong like it has many times before but for now it all adds up, at least to me

bubble's behaviour becoming more erratic over time reflecting caine's slow degradation over the course of the series.... idk the hints are all there

and judging by the trailer, that bubble is about to get incredibly out of hand as caine becomes more desperate and panicked

i personally think it's all but explicitly stated at this point that caine and bubble are the same entity or at the very least are linked - them sharing a tongue, the implications that bubble contains and sometimes blurts out caine's intrusive thoughts ('thought bubble') -
