Rep. Kevin Kiley says he has officially quit the GOP and changed his party affiliation to “no party preference” in CA.

He’ll still caucus with Rs.

Anthropic Sues Defense Department Over Supply Chain Risk Label
By Rachel Metz and Jimmy Jenkins
(Bloomberg) -- Anthropic PBC sued the Defense Department for declaring that the artificial intelligence giant posed a risk to the US supply chain, after a dispute with the Pentagon over whether the technology would be used for mass surveillance and fully autonomous weapons.

“These actions are unprecedented and unlawful,” the company said in a complaint filed in San Francisco federal court. “The Constitution does not allow the government to wield its enormous power to punish a company for its protected speech.”

Following the invasion of Ukraine, WTI peaked at just over $120 per barrel and the national average for gasoline hit $5.00 (briefly).

It depends how long the straits are closed, but above $4.00 gasoline will happen if WTI holds at $106 for any time.
