I've noticed similar issues with taking NyQuil due to a cold this week. It knocks me out, but the sleep tracker on my watch says I've been waking up more often and have much less deep sleep on the nights I take it.

2025 was full of some wonderful adventures and some scary new ones. I was diagnosed with POTS, MCAS, and carpal tunnel. On the plus side, my partner and I adopted two wonderful rat girls who have made staying home more a little easier 💚 I'm going into 2026 with a family and that's what matters.

After spending Thanksgiving at my brother's place yesterday we spent the night at Silver Falls State Park, did an early loop hike of the falls this morning, then went Antiquing in Aurora, finally getting Burgervillle for a late lunch before heading home. ☺️
This was a great relaxing weekend with people I appreciate being around away from all the chaos in my life
