@aldenmorris.bsky.social ‘s new app Drop - it’s a consumer led (B2C) approach to footfall analytics. From one perspective it is amazing to see this idea built out but also there is an opportunity to embed this in apps that already have distribution (ride hailing ?)

the llamafile has runtime to optimize it and runs in a seperate thread with it's API. It's kinda cool. In the executable bundle , you can clearly see 3 things - the app, the llamafile (LLM) and sqlite db.
It may be ~3.5G but modern users (who are used to download games) aren't complaining :)
