I'm sorry you're not feeling well :(
I've had luck with N-acetylcysteine (NAC) for chest stuff that lingers. Also I think Liquid IV has actually prevented me from getting sick twice now (after the onset of symptoms!) so I have at least one each day when I'm not feeling well. Can't hurt?
I put the entire description for the Lampton coat of arms into Sora to see if it could generate a stained glass pattern. Incredible results. Attached are the notarized description, a commissioned drawing we inherited, and the Sora output.
I just voted in the #FOSSAwards2025 and supported my favorite open-source projects! Cast your vote now: www.20i.com/foss-awards
I am creating a new repo on @gitlab.com. Yes, it's because I'm leaving BitBucket -- but why would the *only* option be to manually upload an export? What's wrong with `git push`?
I don't mind paying for a good service, but I have a lot of instances where a client will end up hitting domain or API key limits in a way that costs them hundreds of dollars when they really only have like 200 emails/mo across all domains.
Horrid support is from my own personal experiences with them in the past, delivery reputation was based on current tests (run in 2025)
Sengdrid free tiers are being discontinued in 60 days, that's why I'm in the market again :(
Sooooo what are we using for SMTP providers nowadays?
I'm looking for one with decent support that has a free tier for the little guys who need only help with pw resets :)

This is certainly better than needing to click to open the modal - but surely there's a way around the modal all together... Is this missing feature not driving everyone else up the wall too?
Has anyone found a google docs extension that will allow you to highlight some text, paste a URL, and have that URL become a link around the text? You know, like almost all other modern rich-text editors? Surely this exists by now?
Actually the best life advice I ever got: Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly. A half-cleaned room is better than an uncleaned room. Occasionally flossing is better than never flossing. A 10-minute workout is better than no workout. When itβs all you can do to get out of bed, get out of bed.
Here's my talk from I/O along with the companion blog post that rounds up all of the links mentioned. It's been a very exciting year for the web, and all the new Baseline tooling we've just announced can help you understand when to adopt these new features. web.dev/blog/whats-n...

A little over a decade ago I was on vacation before a company event. While I was out, @justafish.bsky.social and co-conspirators planned⦠a companion event.
So I can say confidently that Eatoncon would involve powerpoint karaoke, fake moustaches, and gummi. Because it did. flic.kr/p/bs4APW
TIL: setting form_error() or form_set_error() prevents forms from being rebuilt, so $form_state['rebuild'] is ignored.

Wow scammers are getting harder and harder to identify.
Well, Canva may be the most useless piece of design software I've ever used.
Increase font size? Not possible. Ok, change fonts? Nope. Hm. Maybe start from a template for an event flyer? No. ANY flyer at all? Sorry, doesn't exist.
Well then!
A big part of the problem is stupid people have been convinced by rich people that AI is God, when AI is closer to an automatic dog food dispenser.
My pitch for #BackdropCMS includes the fact that it's an affordable, stable, and predictable option in uncertain times. Join me for this webinar tomorrow if you're interested in learning more:

X post by Timothy Snyder (@TimothyD ...), posted 6 hours ago. The post reads, "The people Attorney General Bondi is calling 'terrorists' have had no trial and no chance to defend them. We do not know they are. Ignoring the Constitution does not make us safe. It puts us all in peril."
I know this first hand. When I was a child, my entire community was branded as spies and sabateurs, justifying our internment inside barbed wire camps for years without due process, trial or charge.
