3 years ago I actually did! Did the online 311 form in the morning and called the 311 number in the afternoon. They called my landlord that day, came out the next day, and the landlord hired a plumber to install a new radiator a few days later. This was after 2 months of complaining to LL directly.

I’ve never had step counts enabled which is why the average is zero, but anyway, look at this. About 10 miles for someone my height, half of it carrying a 23 lbs toddler.
it’s been broken for at least a year. I always carry the stroller down those stairs. Also some of the dumb air locked doors that are the accesible alternative to the revolving doors are sometimes broken and lock you inside! Beware! I now send the stroller through it’s own revolving door slot.
