Oh, for sure, especially since they know they can't do much about it without risking their head exec's green cards.
Zero doubt in my mind that there's real satisfaction from Nintendo's legal dept in going after the US government, given how many times the DOJ has been caught using their branding for propaganda. They've basically had to sit there and watch to avoid offending the increasingly-irrational Trump admin.
As I think about this, Nintendo being the one to sue the U.S. over the tariffs makes sense: they don't have to worry about pissing off the US Government and losing a ton of lucrative contracts. Microsoft and Sony do have government contracts (especially Microsoft w/r/t Isreal, hence the boycott).
