I would say the hardest part for me with Pokopia is my disdain for crafting is really being put to the test here for how much I love Pokemon.

I definitely want to go back and build all the houses nicer (and a bonus house that may also contain a pre-built house because I like the loading in but also want something bigger??) once I have more things unlocked. I struggle with building things before having all resources available x-x

I've gotten asked several times what I think and my answer has been "Overwhelming" each time and that still feels accurate.
I wish some things were less convoluted. It is cute though and I like getting to hang out with Pokemon.

I ended up taking a smallish "break" (doing other things while waiting for materials) after about 13 hours or so. Played another 3-4 hours after.
Finally going to bed after being up for ~20 hours-- ~18 of which were playing.

Nothing like streaming Pokopia for nearly 10 hours and not sure when I'm actually going to stop yet

Ignoring my terrible photography skills, the spacing is generally a bit more spread on the Korean version (left) than the Japanese version (right) even if the color is very similar. While it's possible they were meant to be the same (as the diamonds/squares are the same size), it varies a bit.

In fact, I never even took a picture of it by itself as I figured it'd look exactly the same as the Japanese one, despite the fact that the boxes have a slight color difference (and obviously written in their respective languages). Finally looked today and the pattern actually is slightly different.

Left is the coin from the tournaments that were held this year-- it has a small pixelated holo while the right is the coin from the Japanese version of the M Audino Battle Deck-- it has a disco ball-esque shine.

Recently, I got a new version of the original Mega Audino TCG Coin as they had included it as one of the participant prizes at a tournament in Taiwan and Hong Kong. I took a comparison picture with the Japanese, but it made me realize I never actually compared the Korean coin.

Same :( I also hate that the joy-cons are just black with a stripe of color. I liked having pastel pink joy-cons...

I also tend to go with a lot of food-themed names. Otherwise, usually color/personality-based.

My current party of Beasties are named Melody, Coral, Fluffy, Luna, and Clover~

I forgot how many Mega Audino gifs I made from ORAS. Some definitely need a bit of lighting adjustment (some parts are too bright), but they could be useful reference-wise.

Yeah, this is absolutely my thing. I don't necessarily mind if Pokemon has voice acting or not in general, but it's having scenes that clearly seem like they SHOULD have voice acting that makes the lack of it feel awkward (I still think about Piers' cutscene with the silent singing and cheering X-x)
