The podcast Fillion and Tudyk have isn’t bad. I listed to a few episodes in the car the other day.

I prefer to be incredibly nonchalant about it. It seems to make people more concerned that when they bring it up I just shrug my shoulders and say “only the good die young” or something along those lines.

The best part is this all started with me asking a question on what the uniform for training was. I wear different clothes for classroom setting vs scenarios with fighting mixed in obviously. Still didn’t my question answered.

I enjoy when someone at work lectures me on developing training plans and scenarios and how I don’t understand we have “ramp it up” for unspecified reasons with no discernible endstate or training goals. I clearly have no experience in training management after all.

Hmm guess I better go buy all the DC animated stuff I like on DVD or Blue ray if I can find it. That’s annoying.

Is it irrational that I’m both sad and annoyed the new SOI changed the call sign of the Troop I commanded? Yes probably but damnit I had some good memories as Mustang 6.

I’ll never forget walking off a plane in Shannon and seeing an Irish woman working as a gate attendant just berate the shit out of some idiot male coworker. Everyone in my platoon stopped and watched and immediately fell in love.
