Wii AVE revisions

Video DAC relocation - takes in 24bit digital RGB and converts it to analog RGBS.
Trimmed off section of a PU-18 motherboard for the SPU + SPU RAM. Necessary since the planned PU-23 trim won't include the large combo SPU + CD Controller chip.
Fitting the SPU board into place. Seems like I'm gonna have to move the BIOS though! 🥺

For those unaware, I'm working on building a Portable PS1 for the BitBuilt Summer Build Competition - lot of work needs to go into relocating various components to be able to trim the board very small. Here's a few of the things needed to do that!
