Let things go. Staff superpower: see the story from a completely different way. Don't get hung up on the details. Think about the filmmaking. Always have solutions. Don't be scared to ask for advice. Do you homework: study the showrunner. At the least, your script should LOOK right. Modulate your notes on scripts. Focus on the small ones. It's not your job to fix the big stuff [as the staff writer].
