For transparency, things are not looking good for him, and we have no idea if he's going to turn around or how long he will still be with us.
Supporting his wife through the entire thing is putting my household under a lot of strain logistically, and that on top of unrelated preparation...
I've not had the mental fortitude for speaking much the last two days in between very long shifts of IRL work that have transpired over the weekend, in between dealing with logistics regarding a close family member in hospital at the moment.
