As with the vast majority of anti-Ukrainian accounts, the TrutherBotArmy accounts are nothing more than scammers and grifters, given not only a platform but an income by Musk. It is likely that these kinds of accounts will become more and more prevalent in the future.
It is highly likely that those that lost out financially will be interested to learn of the identities of the Nevada based couple behind the crypto scam.
This left the only other dev of NatiCoin holding the bag, broke, and suicidal. The NatiCoin community thought they were going to be millionaires, instead, they lost out to a crypto scam that would have been obvious to anyone outside the conspiracy cult Chris and Tina had created.

Ukraine is an obvious target for the conspiracists accounts. Biolabs, organ harvesting, money laundering, WW3, all the usual unimaginative garbage is there. These accounts aren’t boosted by larger pro-Russian accounts, instead they act as mid-tier seeders of anti-UA conspiracies.
This also creates a rabbit hole effect. With each new conspiracy fed to their followers, they fall further from the truth, more alienated from the real world, less trusting of mainstream voices, more gullible, and more easily manipulated. The deeper you go, the worse it gets.
