ouhhh..... seven dollar for pan-fried pork buns..
do you think there's someone out there who's ever had the opportunity to call a millstone a milly rock. by like seven twisted definitions that's basically the same literal meaning. if that person exists i hope they were milled into flour
got makeroom and immediately went nuts making the studio space two of my OCs work in. will probably use these as bg refs for art at some point? cluttered backgrounds are a lot of fun
IT'S REALLY FUNNY. also it got me to play some music diver and it was pretty fun, kinda funky how they modify certain tracks so they're more audible in an arcade environment
thanks leyla from music diver
swapped to a 2px brush with no pressure and suddenly i can draw really fast. sometimes it's a mental thing, huh...
Nothing beats an extended collaboration with a fellow indie rhythm game!
In addition to BEATROCK (get it?), which is available right now in vivid/stasis, two new songs from Beatblock, "Novena" and "Era Chimaera", will arrive in the game in version 5.5, coming on January 27th, 2026!

the above image is the first of a few one-page story snippets i'd like to draw in lieu of laying out a full comic. hoping to post more of these at some point between game dev work
panel 1: in the midst of a sunny day a large blue sea serpent with neon pink highlights rises out of the ocean above a group of adventurers. panel 2: a close-up of a scientist's terrified face, running away from the shore. panel 3: a close-up of a novice adventurer staring up into the serpent's maw, frozen in fear. panel 4: a close-up of a spear fighter, rushing in to confront the serpent with a look of uncertain determination.
you've made it to the oceans of triton!
AREA HINT 1: "low-risk" missions still have inherent risk
AREA HINT 2: the fish are very mean
he's been here the whole time...
milkweed beetles having eyes above AND below their antennae is baller as hell. bisected....
*Amps. oops
more mmolb. working thru a bit more of season zero's Amos before i move into season one! barry was my third-worst batter but a formidable presence nonetheless. and also a nerd. like a LARPer in the dugout
makes sense to me!! we love bits
considering the fact i haven't played undertale or deltarune. would it be funnier if i played the latter before the former or is there no actual good reason to do so
melody yoder of the MMOLB AMPs season zero team. 2nd baseman, competent slap-hitter, self-proclaimed "best karaoke singer" on the team. whenever she starts her at-bats she sings along to her walk-up song
flatcolors for this adventuring trio. completely opposing fashions of "whatever was in the thrift store" to "Korea's Joseon period" to "high-concept streetwear"
metaphorically: they keep shooting themselves in the foot and have never once thought "hey i should put down this gun"
putting a bounty out for whoever can tell me where the chicken bacon ranch sandwich originated from. i have been trying to find out but to no avail
