it looks like theyre turning all the 2.x dyes (like the ones you craft/buy from vendors) into one dye item, and you can pick any of the dyes if you have that one item, therefore saving inventory space from having 50 different dyes! firmament dyes + cosmic dyes will also be their own items!

The armoire will be updated to include: all job-specific (artifact) gear and all gear from dungeons introduced in 7.x patches. They are also going to gradually roll out the ability to store gear from earlier dungeons and the ability as well as store them as outfit glamour.
