Adopting permanent daylight saving time ‘Spring forward’ on March 8 will be the last time change, ending twice-yearly clock changes

🌞 After clocks shift forward an hour this Sunday, B.C. will adopt permanent, year-round daylight saving time. This change is aimed at improving people’s overall health, reducing disruptions for families & providing an extra hour of evening light in winter:
