Earlier this year we were lucky enough to take a guitar lesson from a major influence of ours, and that was a very important moment for us not because of anything we were actually taught, but because it made us realize that the talents of those who we look up to are something we could aspire towards and indeed reach given time, rather than some mystical gift granted to them and not us by powers unknown
