finally gotten around to playing Hellblade 2 but i cant stop staring at this moon. Its obviously a sphere that has a shader to define what phase it's in, but why? Its really obvious in-game that it has vertices and you can see bits of the edges in shade. Why not just one shader? or just a photo?

The shirts have a flipped and unflipped version so it looks correct no matter where she's facing (though there are a few moments where it still shows flipped, sorry devs)
