CBS obtained video of the DHS killing of an unarmed man in Texas that DHS concealed for nearly a year, which clearly contradicts claims that he violently rammed anyone. He is shot with his brake lights on, car not moving or barely moving. Another DHS crime.
They've now killed four people -- three U.S. citizens and a Mexican national. They've shot several more.
They've lied about all of them. They haven't shaded the truth. They haven't "misled" us. They've brazenly, knowingly lied while in possession of the evidence disproving their lies.
So let me get this straight ...
1. US bombs Iran
2. Oil price goes up a bit, benefitting Russia's petrostate
3. Russia gives Iran targeting info
4. Oil price shoots WAY up
5. US unsanctions Russian oil
Minneapolis is still under siege.

Story at the The Free Press: Our 50 Year War with Iran
Bari Weiss is pushing the β50 year warβ narrative at both the Free Press and CBS. The erases both American culpability for the current war (since Iran started in 1979!) and the reasons why a theocratic anti-American regime took power in the first place.

The thing that offends me the most about Aeon is that they are horrible slumlords who exploit those who have the least among us: and they present themselves as a benevolent charity.
It's so beyond disgusting how they exploit our state and the underprivileged to enrich themselves. Shameless, truly.

Every single "key employee" at Aeon or CommonBond got paid 2.5 to 5 times more than I did as a lowly tenant's rights attorney, and I promise you I did 100x more for their tenants than they ever tried to do. They're a pox on our state. Parasites.

You cannot talk like this about any other minority in America.
And if it was any other presidentβs adviser who said something like this about any other minority, itβd be the instant end of their presidency.
The petition for a writ of certiorari is denied. JUSTICE KAGAN would grant the petition for a writ of certiorari. JUSTICE SOTOMAYOR, with whom JUSTICE JACKSON joins, dissenting from denial of certiorari. This case asks whether federal law prohibits the poorest prisoners from splitting the $350 fee required to file a federal lawsuit when it allows everyone else to do so. The answer statutorily appears to be no. Because the decision below held otherwise and deepened a split among the Courts of Appeals, the Court should grant the petition for a writ of certiorari.
Petitioners Topaz Johnson and Ian Henderson were incarcerated at High Desert State Prison in California when they filed this lawsuit in federal court. According to their complaint, corrections officers forced them and a third prisoner to stand in filthy cages that reeked of urine and measured 2.5 feet by 2.5 feet. They alleged that the officers forced them to stand in those cages for nearly nine hours with their hands cuffed behind their backs.
By a 6β3 vote, SCOTUS refuses to review a judge-made rule that bars indigent prisoners from splitting the filing fee among themselves when filing a federal suitβeven though everyone else is allowed to split that fee. These defendants were allegedly tortured. www.supremecourt.gov/orders/court...

In St. Paul, Minnesota, Hennepin County deputies brutally assaulted peaceful anti-ICE protesters.

Statement on unlawful assembly, arrests at Whipple Building: This morning, our deputies issued dispersal orders at an unlawful assembly outside the Whipple Building after individuals blocked roadways, blocked access to local businesses, dumped glass into the street, and threw rocks, ice chunks and water bottles at law enforcement creating a serious public safety hazard. Arrests are being made. Freedom of speech and peaceful assembly is a right. Endangering the public is not. Unlawful activity including blocking roads, intentionally creating hazards and assaultive behavior will not be tolerated.
From what I saw today firsthand it was the sheriffs today constantly escalating at people protesting peacefully. The sheriffs were masked up like ICE while working hard to agitate and provoke the residents they were sworn to protect, all so they could provide security for ICE who murders people.
