Tonight in #DragonTown #dnd - the party used enchanted pee-covered stones to lure corrupted giant beetles into a corral to save the sentient apples. This was after talking about seducing the bugs! No, there aren’t mechanics for any of that. But yes, it was damn fun!

I finished it! The Crystal Halo is a great fantasy novel by a couple of my college friends. Fast paced and well written. Takes the common “chosen one” trope and flips it upside down.

Tonight in my #Phandelver #dnd campaign: the party somehow managed to acquire 30 sticks of dynamite and a barrel of moonshine on their way to Cragmaw Castle. That should make the next session…interesting!
OMG…the word I submitted (kiwi) to the podcast “We Love D and D” was used for their segment “2 DMs 1 player” in their newest episode. It was hilarious. Now I have to include a kiwi mask in my own #dnd campaign.

Not at the feast. I forget what the reason for the enchanted cranberry sauce was. But they had just come in from a battle with a flock of turkeys led by a turducken (yes also not original, but fun)!
Probably not alone on this one but I had a cranberry ooze in my Thanksgiving session last year! It was a ton of fun, and ended up far more challenging for the players than intended.
