No this makes sense and it's exactly what happens to me.

My stream tomorrow is going to be pushed back to 4/5 CST/EST. This is so I can make up for not going to the gym earlier in the week. I'm PUNISHING myself really because I'm going to be tired af after my PT session tomorrow morning.
