Last year’s Bannock Night/Mardi Gras Party: 45+ people, ran out of bannock batter, ran out of King Cake. This year I made 1.5x as much bannock batter, made 3 LARGE King Cakes (3 different kinds) instead of 2 Medium like last yr., had maybe 16 people. I’m so tired and so depressed.
