i blew so much time in Xenoblade 1's world back in high school. it was my first JRPG and first open world game so i was just constantly aimlessly exploring, and the sidequests not having HUD markers meant you had to really look around for the goodies/monsters you needed.

honestly i've gotten to the point where if i see more than 2 posts about being twitter in a year i just like block them unless its someone i know is really cool

replaying kirby's adventure and trying out meteos for the first time, this guy clearly has a real grip on how to make a game feel good to just play. he just also attaches the most dookie invasive achievement systems onto a ton of stuff he makes.

i act like i'm one of sakurai's biggest haters but like aside from smash bros i really like all his work. i think its just his progression/completion systems started in smash that i dislike.
