U.S. national gas prices are at average $2.99 today. I filled up at Costco for $2.89. Just noting for future reference.

Spending time w/ 80yo dad, who lives in front of a TV alternating between weather channel, faux news, and Clint Eastwood movies, I begin to understand how MAGA preys upon & radicalizes older white men.

Who are all these people who had money to shop on black Friday weekend? NPR said 3% more shoppers than last year. Hard to believe when I couldn't even afford the good egg nog this year.

I can't really be mad at the Dems who caved. Republicans are willing to let people starve to take away their Healthcare. Dems are not willing to let people starve to secure their Healthcare. Playing chess with a pigeon, there are no good moves.

REMINDER: President Biden NEVER cut SNAP payments, never even had a government shutdown.

In fact, he cut child poverty in half.
He cut child hunger, too.

I miss having a REAL President.

Remember: There is nothing natural or inevitable about extreme inequality; it’s the result of an economic system that values wealth and power over human dignity and justice.
