At the same time, there are significantly more beginners among women: 15% of women have up to a year of experience, while among men this share is 9%. While there are only 7% of women with 10+ years of experience, and 15% of men.
According to the Ukrainian job search service Djinni.co, there is still a lack of experienced women in IT.
The share of women in search on Djinni is only 32%, and it hasn't changed over the past year and a half.
I wonder how does the ongoing war affect these numbers
