Christians are called to be a blessing to the world, and one critical part of that is that non-believers need to recognize the blessing as being objectively good. So many Christians say “well the blessing I am doing is preaching the gospel” but without *love* the preaching is worse than useless

So what does it mean that a person is trying to hasten Christ’s return? They are trying to make the world a worse place! To force God to come down to fix the mess that they helped create!!

This the internal logic of their whole theology (and boy do folks get mad when I point it out to them)

I’ve said it elsewhere but I have a sneaking suspicion that these accelerationists who are trying to bring about Armageddon faster are working on the side of the Antichrist.

The whole point of Christ coming a second time is that the world has gotten so evil that Jesus has to come back to fix it.

I think one of the things that the internet has done to our politics is that it’s made people stop caring what’s true. What’s true is what gets the most retweets. What’s true is what my friends on social media will share and agree with. A lot of people can’t even seem to tell the difference anymore.
