I have a niche site. Considering selling it.
Relevant, high traffic dot com domain.
6,400 Google traffic in January.
Image directory.
Good opportunity to monetise via ads, affiliate links, possibly an AI image generation/editing play.
Hit my DMs if you want to chat! π

The argument is a bit more nuanced I think. Their issue is also with:
- perceived water / energy use to produce said slop
- how the models were trained
- possibly still feeling threatened as they believe people will prefer to save money with the slop

Bluesky is interesting in that 90% of the users seemingly hold similar views on everything. I wonder if this is what early Twitter was like.

Iβm not absolving him of everything β thereβs plenty to criticise. I just donβt get the one that heβs bad at business. The vast majority of people who try to start one fail, and heβs built multiple multi-billion dollar ones in separate industries? Dad having money doesnβt explain it.

I like to share as apparently itβs a narrative violation on here.
However I also accept that AI image generation uses much more water.
