思い出す事件がある。1933年、アメリカ合衆国で、ファシストたちによる政権奪取計画「ビジネス・プロット」が未遂に終わった。裕福な実業家らが退役軍人を担ぎ上げ、政権転覆を狙ったとされる。ファシスト党やナチス党のやり方を再現しようとした。
今の第2期トランプ政権が多くの企業人、特にテック富豪やクリプト長者たちに支えられていることは、この過去の事件を想起させるものがある。

ドイツと日本は、敗戦によりファシズム政権からの体制変更を迫られた。
ドイツは、ナチスの所業を反省、新憲法「ドイツ基本法」を作った。
一方、日本では政府の新憲法案が保守的すぎGHQにより却下。
提示されたGHQ草案は、民間の憲法研究会が作った「憲法草案要綱」の骨子を取り入れた。帝国議会での議論で社会党らが第25条1の「健康で文化的な最低限度の生活」を提案し採用。
だが、自民党は改憲を唱え続けている。2012年4月に自民党が発表した「日本国憲法改正草案」は人権を無効化するトンデモ案。ファシズムを懐かしむ勢力が権力中枢に居座っている。

自分が大学生のときとは社会の雰囲気も、ユースの活動のために使われるリソースも全然違うなと思い、昔のことを思い出した。
当時はこういう会も自分たちで企画したし、司会も自分たちでやった(それぞれの団体ではいまも主催イベントでそうしてるだろうけど)。
頼んだら力を貸してくれるけど、向こうから構ってくることはない大人の存在が大きかった。
にじーず的な居場所が「用意されない」ことでうまれるアクティビズムもあるから、その辺のバランスはときどき考える

Jim Watkins has shared emails from Epik regarding the suspension of his Domains for 5ch and bbspink. The suspension does not affect 8kun, 8ch or 2ch. Despite Jim’s efforts he was unable to regain the 5ch and bbspink domains to transfer it. He created a temporary solution so far but is not happy.
