Neither the US nor Israel nor the Iranian opposition seems to have any sort of clear and actionable demand beyond vibes or maybe total state collapse. I am not sure how that is going to entice any military figure to switch sides or even stop fighting.

I do not see regime collapse as likely because that would at this point necessitate defections. The political and bluntly, ideological groundwork for that has not been done by anybody. The IRI has the ability to suppress mass protest and that can't be degraded by airpower.
