"Improved computing power that can process internal data faster/better" is obviously different from "generating hyper-realistic photos to deceive people" or "treating ChatGPT like a research tool" or "asking Grok to write an email for me" or whatever.
The fact that these companies deliberately muddy the waters by calling everything "AI" doesn't help. I can talk about how much I hate LLMs and Generative AI that steals from artists and spreads misinformation, and some pedant has to point out how "AI" can also analyze data sets.
I'll bet someone has already made something like this but heading into the new year, it would be great to have something like a guide to affordable art where people looking for illustrators, designers, artists could search for people to hire. I know that I am always looking to work with artists.
