Old comic I'm still happy with

Sketchy rough comic panels. A very large and imposing woman stands with her arms crossed next to a shorter goth-styled witch. Characters are Roz MacKenzie (left) and Liv Mareluna (right) from my webcomic, 7Eves. Roz has a large ponytail and choppy bangs, with a fur-lined sleeveless tunic, gauntlets, and a sword in its sheath on her back. Liv has chin-length hair with bangs that cover the right half of her face, wearing a large witch's hat, multiple ear piercings, a choker around her neck, and an opened jacket. Both women are standing in front of a non-descript building, only a door and window visible. 1st panel Roz's eyes are closed, and she looks pensive. Liv looks down, an expression of concern and fear on her face. 2nd panel The door of the building swings open with a FWAM sfx, as a slim young woman comes bursting from it, skidding to a cartoonish stop. Character is Hazel Woods, also from 7Eves. Roz doesn't change position, only opening her eyes, alarmed by the sudden sound, and Liv has quickly turned her head around to face Hazel, looking surprised as a slight blush appears on her cheeks.

3rd panel Liv looks relieved as she smiles, looking toward Hazel, who is still off-screen. Liv: HAZEL!! There you are! I was getting worried abou-- 4th panel Liv stops abruptly, her brow furrowing and her smile fading in an instant, as she begins to realize that something is amiss. Liv: *speaking flatly* Why are you running. What did you do.

5th panel We get a better look at Hazel, who is now much closer to the camera than before, and sprinting hurriedly away from the door she just ran out of. She has shoulder-length hair held back by a hair band, wide eyes and hoop earrings. She wears a t-shirt under an opened jacket, skinny jeans and sneakers. Her face is equal parts fear and determination, running like a track-and-field athlete away from the door, which now has incredibly thick thorny vines bursting forth from the opening with a HWAM sound effect, as well as several whimsical ivy-like protrusions with flowery tips. 6th panel Roz and Liv react to the sudden appearance of the vines with alarm. Roz tenses up and rears back, flexing and lifting her arms away from her body, as if prepared to grab her sword and do battle if necessary. She clenches her teeth, looking quite shocked, hissing beneath her breath from the shock of the scene unfolding. Liv hikes up her shoulders and holds her hands out in fear, her eyes going wide as she shouts at Hazel. Liv: WHAT DID YOU DO?!?

Final panel We see Hazel in profile, sprinting away as fast as she can. Hazel: What's done is done!! All I know is-- I'm running and I'm still alive! Seems like a good idea!!

More than two years after drawing these #7Eves concepts, I've decided to share them here.

This was written as a non-canon moment to explore these characters... Buuut I am reconsidering its canonicity~

Out of the crown on her head, her green hair continues in a string of grassy balls that culminates in a Deku Baba, a plant creature based on a venus fly trap. On one side of her is an excited korok (a small, wooden creature with a leaf for a face). On the other side is a Deku Scrub (a plant creature with a large seed-like head and a body concealed by flowing leaves. The text on the image reads: The Great Swamp that overtook the home of the Gorons was quickly filled by Deku Babas. Soon the Babas seeds came alive. Some grew into scrubs. A few scrubs grew into child-like forms. The Dekus appear on the surface to be a proper kingdom with a royal family but it is more like children playing strange games.

#LoZ part 3! Something a bit different, and not rooted (heh) in BotW - decided to shove all the various Forest Creatures into one big pokemon style family. Baba -> Korok -> Scrub -> Kokori/Skullkid

Had a lot of fun adapting the Deku Princess from Majora's Mask to fit with the new ideas~

#LoZ p2! Malon's been having trouble with thieves and ruffians lately, and while Yunobo might not have a threatening personality, just having someone around that could bench press a friggin' barn is pretty good deterrence. Shame that not all the ranch's problems can be solved with muscle...

You guys ready for the Legacy of Kain: Defiance remaster and Ascendance next month? I sure as hell am.

If I was super cereal about this, I'd be giving everyone new names for their Memoria counterparts like Majora does for most of it's cast but that's a lot of work just to make everything more confusing for everyone, ain't it?
