Plus de 5 000 exilés ont été arrêtés et certains renvoyés vers leur pays d’origine depuis fin décembre, dont des demandeurs d’asiles et des réfugiés. Une campagne d’ampleur inédite qui provoque un vent de panique chez les populations concernées.
