I had a great time performing with my band at the Jazz Showcase in Chicago last night. Miss Teresa Dismukes sang, Marcus Jefferson played guitar, Jim Gifford played drums, and I played bass. My gratitude goes to my friend and bass brother Gros Ngolle Pokossi for inviting me and to open for him.
On Monday, April 28th I, along with my talented friends, will be opening with my bass brother and his great band at the famed Jazz Showcase in Chicago. We start at 8pm. Please come and join us! We would love to play for you.

Gros Ngolle Pokossi & his band recording @ Narwhal Studios in Chicago. The music was incredibly well written, arranged, rehearsed and performed. The instrumentation was bass (Gros Ngolle Pokossi), drums (Earl Talbot), tenor sax (Ryan Wayne Tedder) and trumpet (Noé Mina).
I’ve been putting the Sire F10 through its paces since it arrived a few days ago. The tone and playability are fantastic!
