As an Episcopalian, I can work well with the Zen mentality of treating the others with some level compassion, since they may not have had the chance to learn as we have .

I do balk a bit at "good Christians," since one definition is, "We're not so much better as accepting as forgiven," less "I thank you I'm not like that tax collector over there."

There are good and bad of all of us. I know there was presence from Episcopalians, Lutherans, Catholics, and Baptists. I suspect other denoms as well, just what I've seen cited.
