I know Norfolk cares about its businesses but IMO, they should have went with a renovation of the mall instead of demolishing it. Compared to a LOT of other malls, this one still looks beautiful.
#macarthurcenter is only 27 years old and it is already being shown the wrecking ball. I remember the day this place opened in 1999.
