Hard fought 2-1 victory for the #LetsGoOilers. That was a very needed win. Better effort by the team but still need a few more things cleaned up. On to Colorado on Tuesday.

2:30 to go and Vegas pulls the goalie. #LetsGoOilers then get the puck out of the zone with McDavid making the play and he finds an open Kapanen who puts it in the empty net. #Oilers now lead 4-2

And on the PP the #LetsGoOilers give the puck away, Vegas comes down the ice. Both Drai and Bouch can't play the puck properly and Eichel picks the top corner on Ingram for a SHG. #Oilers now lead 3-2 with 3:15 to go

#LetsGoOilers digging for a loose puck and Theodore comes in and gets the stick up into Drai's face. No arm went up but the penalty was called and the #Oilers go to the PP with 4:45 to go

Wow, the #LetsGoOilers get a break as a broken stick stops Vegas from exiting their zone, McDavid picks up the lose puck, finds Drai and he goes backhand to score. #Oilers now lead 3-1

Looks like we are getting some 4v4 after the commercial break. Nurse and Howden both called for roughing with 9 minutes to go in the third #LetsGoOilers

They are although they are still giving it away to easily at times

Wow, in the last 2 minutes there was an obvious trip by a Vegas player in the #LetsGoOilers zone then Theodore is 2 feet from the center line and icing is not called. Also a puck hits a Vegas player jumping on the ice with the man he was replacing still on the ice and no too many men call.

Podkolzin is getting credit for the goal which would be his 15th of the season #LetsGoOilers

Podkolzin breaks out and splits the Vegas D and he makes the play, the puck lies near the line but Roslovic taps it home. It sure looked like Vegas was going to get a penalty on that play #LetsGoOilers lead 2-1

The #LetsGoOilers aren't going to win much with only 11 shots on goal through 2 periods especially against a goalie who has not been good

They should be having that in every period let along through 2
