I’m trying to decide if socials are a lifeline or a drain for me. I’ve lived online since I was a teen and find great connection online. And I think I have a healthy mentality towards more open social channels. But 2025 was very hard, and I wonder if a break from here will help or hinder recovery.

Some days, it only takes one ill-timed comment from someone to throw your whole day out of whack. I think today is going to be one of those days.
