I never find the noise on the old Airbus aircraft that big an issue - but then, I've usually got my NC headphones in - and it's only an hour or so in flight.

Morning Bluesky peeps. Today is a travel day, so I'm looking forward to being back in the air! Short hop down to Heathrow and then onwards with American Airlines onboard one of their new 787-9P aircraft (with new Flagship Suites) to Philly! Exciting!
Finally getting to fly these new suites from LHR to PHL on the 7th of August, and from LAX to ORD on the 9th. Looking forward to seeing how they live up to expectations.
With the unexpected move of Global’s A380 to Tarbes Airport in France – best known for being an aircraft graveyard – it raises the question of “what’s next” for Global? Storage, maintenance, or the scrapheap?

I've never understood how this became such an accepted part of US working culture. In the UK, as is the case for most of Europe, sick leave is completely separate from any holidays/annual leave, and is something you are legally entitled to. Using holidays for sickness is such a messed up notion!

Money is obviously very tight, hence the $11 bottles of wine being served in business class and they have done the bare minimum cosmetically on the aircraft - unfinished livery (vs all their promo material); mismatched engine cowls (look closely at some of the pics); and soooo many clrrosion patches
