I don’t see anything in the CR either. The anti trans provisions are in the appropriations bills that won’t be done in time, but the CR that passed the house earlier this month failed pretty solidly in the senate, and I don’t see an updated version, so we’d need a new version which could have them.
In practice CRs don’t usually make huge changes, because they’re usually last minute compromises and if one party has the votes to make big changes they’d probably just go for an official full year budget. There’s nothing legally stopping huge changes though AIUI.
CRs should just continue old funding levels but they don’t have to. Sometimes they make changes, which can be as innocuous as topping up FEMA funding or as serious as universal cuts. Big difference is CRs don’t last as long. I’m not sure of details on what’s currently being debated where.

So to clarify because I think there are some edge cases, I was able to get my 5 y.o. vaccinated at a minute clinic in NJ today (not Hoboken). The website says they’ll book appts for younger kids, but Pfizer is only FDA approved for 5+ now. If a location only does Pfizer they can’t do younger kiddos
CVS minute clinics in NJ are doing them. It looks like there’s a cvs with one pretty close to the Hoboken path stop. It’s a bit of a trip depending on where in NYC you are, but it’s still pretty accessible public transit at least if NY locations aren’t doing them.

If only there were a way to build housing more densely than single family homes maybe these states could make headway on this massive housing shortage in specific areas. I guess the technology just isn’t there yet sadly.
If it’s just that your computer doesn’t have MagSafe you can probably replace just the MagSafe cord with a usb-c cord (make sure you get one rated for 70w or more) and still use the (probably more expensive) power brick.
I’m assuming your laptop isn’t old enough it has MagSafe 1 or 2 and is a Mac.

I do want to call out given the context of the thread that if possible try to play on a desktop/laptop computer instead of a phone. The phone ports exist and are playable, but an immersive 3d world is going to feel a lot better on a bigger screen.

They could do something about everyone initially choosing to stay Vulcan because Spock made this choice. He then has to reexamine his reasons and discuss with each of them the value their humanity brings while acknowledging that it's not the path he's chosen.
I wonder if there was a viable plot buried somewhere in SNW's 4.5 Vulcans. The transformed folks got some of Spock's mind (the logic/mental discipline is a learned skill). There's a plot there about Spock being forced to deal with his own internalized bigotry and shame over his identity.
